All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order,
excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Address Changes

If you need to request an address change after placing an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
We’ll do our best to accommodate the request only if the order has not been shipped yet.

• Pin code changes cannot be accommodated once an order is confirmed

Rejected or Undelivered Orders

If an order is rejected at the time of delivery or returned due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, we will refund only the product value.

• Forward and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount
