Refund policy
At Brushers Co., your oral hygiene and safety are our top priority. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene reasons we follow a strict no return policy.
No Returns, Exchanges or Refunds
Once an order is placed and delivered, it is considered final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
In the rare event that your order is damaged during transit or you receive an incorrect product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with the images of the damaged or incorrect product received.
Our team will review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution after verification.
No Cancellations
Cancellations are not allowed once an order has been confirmed.
Refund Mode
We do not provide cash refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
If a refund is approved in exceptional cases, it will be issued as a one-time coupon code redeemable on the Brushers Co. website.
For prepaid orders the refund will be processed back to the original mode of payment.
